These Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement and understanding between you and CCSpares Ltd, We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, without giving notice to you. These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Making A Purchase
For payment we accept Visa, Master Card, Delta, Connect, Maestro, Solo and JCB Cards. All cards payments are processed independently by PayPal
alternatively payments can be taken over the telephone on the following number: +44 208 563 0860 . We also accept Cheques, Postal Orders and bank transfer. Payment is deducted when we process your order but we do reserve the right to refuse any form of payment we feel is not secure.

All prices and charges on this site are in GB pounds. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you have ordered, plus any delivery charges and vat. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Cart before you submit your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we will contact you immediately to inform you of any delay in processing your order. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, if an error occurs in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue or cancel.

Delivery Schedule
CCSpares Ltd ship Nationally and World wide.
A condition imposed by our card issuer PayPal requires if you pay by card we may only deliver to the address the card is issued to unless otherwise requested by telephone or email and approved by us.
Delivery will depend on where it is to be sent, how quick you require it, the weight and its value.

Free Shipping
For orders of more than £300 and depending on where the item is being shipped, free shipping may be available. Please contact us for more info.

UK Delivery
The following countries are classified as in the UK. England, Wales, Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland. For delivery to Scottish highlands, Isles and Northern Ireland prices may vary depending on weight.
Our delivery aim in the UK is 1-3 working days. Orders that are very urgent please call us and we will be able to assist in your requirements.
Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays). If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
We do everything we can to meet delivery times and our customers expectations however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scotland, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel islands and all remote and offshore locations. Delivery times are only a estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

Overseas Delivery
Overseas customers simply make your order on line.

We can only calculate UPS orders up to 70Kgs in weight, if you order something like an engine for example, please phone or email so we can calculate your delivery charge. We will work with you to find the most cost effective way of shipping this item to you.

All export sales are final and not refundable only if incorrectly supplied or faulty.
All taxes and import duties are payable at the point of entry we do not have any control on these charges whatsoever.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will try to back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or we cannot supply.

Tax Charges & VAT Charges
All prices are plus VAT at the current rate 20% and will be charged if buying via our website.

VAT Exemption
This applies to companies within the EEC who are VAT registered, these will qualify for zero VAT but must provide a valid VAT number. All countries outside the EEC are VAT free. Please contact us via telephone or email if you qualify for VAT exemption, so we can process the sale differently.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, you are referred to PayPal’s website for payment, either via PayPal or by bank card. No bank card information is stored anywhere on our site.

Our guarantee terms applies only where purchased goods have been used solely for the attended purpose. Warranty will not cover labour.

The products we sell are usually covered by a 12 month manufacturers guarantee. Please contact us immediately should any problem occur. Guarantee does not cover installation charges, loss or damages of any type which are expressly excluded from this guarantee, failure of a related component, failure resulting from faulty installation or misuse. Liability will not exceed the cost of the original component.

Secondhand & Reconditioned
Because used parts vary in condition and provenance, and we often do not have multiples of any specific part, a phone discussion or email conversation is necessary to establish stock, and to verify applicability of a used Jaguar part number to your VIN (chassis) number. Shipment cost is also variable based on shape, weight, destination, and method of shipment. We currently use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Should you want to cancel your order prior to dispatch you must confirm this by email or by telephone immediately.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing (email or letter) within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods. As stated above notification of cancellation must be in writing, a telephone call is not a valid cancellation. No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.

Products must be returned undamaged in their original packaging and be deemed fit to be resold as new.
If the original packaging surrounding the product has been damaged or destroyed we will only issue a refund if the product is being returned due to a defect.

If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us. You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product and its safe arrival at our works.

We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you. We will not issue refunds for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit to us. Where a return is damaged, lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return. If you fail to return a product to us, we may make arrangements to have the product collected from you.

The cost of this collection will be charged to you.

Unused products may be returned promptly by customers within 14 days of receipt to our address listed in the contact details of our website, We accept no returns after 14 days of receipt of goods Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receipt, a restocking charge of 20% of the original purchase price will be applied for all returned parts that were correctly supplied. We will also refund the cost of standard or recorded postage incurred returning a product, if incorrectly sent by us or where the product has been returned due to a defect.

Remittance Terms When you place an order you will automatically receive a notification email from us to confirm your order. Your offer is only accepted by us once we have emailed you to confirm the dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected. If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the card used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third party card or account.
